Generally, executive board meetings are held four times per school year.
Officer Orientation Meeting (Typically in September): Newly elected officers meet with the Student Relations committee, Executive Secretary/Liason, and sponsors to review job responsibilities, ask questions, and prepare for the first executive board meeting.
Fall Executive Board Meeting (Typically in October): To vote on luncheon food choices for convention, discuss any changes that may be needed for convention, make sure speakers and workshops are coming along for convention.
Pre-Convention Board Meeting (Typically in January): Held for last minute changes, check over program, and to discuss officer duties during convention. This is an informally meeting for officers. Committee members and chairs are not required to attend.
Convention Executive Board Meeting: Report any updates of the committees' last report. Attend to any last minute detail.
